The following Stepfamily Problem List is a rating scale that was designed for use with couples taking our Building Stepfamilies That Work course. It was developed with several purposes in mind:
1) to assess the level of difficulty each family was experiencing at the start of the course,
2) to identify those areas that should be given greater focus with each particular class taking the course, and
3) to evaluate the family's progress (by way of a "retest") at the end of the course.
